Yum Yum Shrimp

My favorite shrimp and pasta recipe

This recipe is so easy, and Cole loves it. This is how I make it.

Boil the water for the pasta. While the pasta is cooking, in a separate pan toss in the butter and garlic for a minute or so on medium high heat, add the shrimp for another minute. Turn the shrimp over then add the cream, parsley, basil and thyme. Remove from heat until you can toss it with the pasta and serve with the parmesan and salt and pepper.

What you need (serving size 2):

  • 6 oz. raw shrimp
  • 1 T butter
  • ¾ t minced garlic
  • ¼ C heavy whipping cream
  • 2 T chopped parsley
  • 2 ¼ t chopped fresh basil
  • ⅛ t dried thyme
  • 3 T grated parmesan cheese
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • 8 oz pasta of your choice (Nothing beats fresh pasta)
